J.A.C. Limousine Frequently Asked Questions

There are three ways to book with us; via email, by texting or calling 732-208-0198, or by filling out the contact us form here on our website. Each trip is custom to the client and their needs. No two trips are the same. After all the details are gathered, the client’s information will be entered into the system with a copy of the trip sent to them. The client will get a confirmation call the day prior to ensure all the details are correct!

Please contact us immediately with delays or changes that might occur. Each vehicle as its own specific cancellation policy and are handled case-by-case. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to booking. 

We accept all major credit cards as well as Zelle, Venmo and Cash payments. 

Yes, you can bring alcohol on board if you are the legal age of 21. We do check IDs. We do not provide or sell any alcohol. We provide water and ice. You are welcome to bring additional drinks. Any underage drinking onboard and service will be terminated with no refunds. 

No. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our vehicles under any circumstance. This includes cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, or vaping. Any smoking onboard and service will be terminated with no refunds. 

Most of the time, no. This avoids mess which then can lead to cleaning fees. In our experience less food equals less problems. 

Yes we have car seats based on availability. If our car seats are not available we will hold yours while you are away. Due to regulatory laws, accompanying adults must install the car seat(s) in the vehicle themselves. 

Yes. You are more than welcome to add any decorations that do not obstruct the drivers view or that may damage the vehicle.
